My friend just started the SF722 for her candida cure 3 days ago with taking 2-3 capsules a day and suspected some die-off. Yesterday, she started feeling pretty bad, with bad headache and stomach. Last night and today she has been incapacitated by a splitting headache and severely cramping stomach. She thought something was seriously wrong last night and wonders if this is die-off, as it seems a little extreme for the amount she is taking and the short period of time she has been taking it.

It sounds like die-off to me. Yes, it can be bad, but it depends on how much you changed your diet. If you also stopped caffeine and sugar and some other things, it could be withdrawal. When I took some bentonite and psyllium shakes, I didn’t seem to feel as bad, but you can still get cramp and headache. Just try to get through it because it definitely means that you are killing things and they are getting into your system to be removed.

It isn’t pleasant, but I have always read that the quicker the bad symptoms, the better it is working. They say that the worst should pass within 5 – 7 days. Perhaps you could add some psyllium and bentonite clay, or use Dr. Schulze formula number 2 to help solidify things and get your system moving more smoothly.

I would suggest 2 or 3 1,000 milligram tablets of vitamin C also, but it may worsen the effect because it acts as a cleanser as well. I may just be really lucky that the Threelac and other formulas are not being nearly as hard on my system. If it gets bad, perhaps you could eat a small baked potato with some olive oil and cayenne to slow down some of the toxins.

My friend’s 94 year old father is fighting recurrent candidiasis (induced by antibiotics). They did not realize what they were fighting until the 4th time! She is getting no help from the internist and has to research everything herself. She has him on nystatin (oral thrush is clearing, but is still in esophagus), vitamin C and E, selenium, zinc, beta carotene, biotin, mega acidophilus, and garlic, also some Orithrush gargle on order.

He is having horrendous problems with constipation and can’t take Lactulose because it is composed of 4 sugars. Milk of magnesia does next to nothing for him. Home health care nurse has had to clear things out with enemas. The doctor sent out Miralax, which she is reluctant to give him as it is glycol, a form of alcohol. She asked me what things would really work now.

I can tell you from personal experience, that something like ‘wormwood’ is really good for clearing out the bowels and also has a good impact on the parasites relating to candida. Don’t let him stay on nystatin for too long either. You need to change the antifungal as treatment can be also quite hard on the liver. Also some kind of immune boosting tonic with licorice in it can do the job as well. He doesn’t need to be taking strong drugs.

You may consider inuflora or lactobacteria food. Aloe Vera is natural and works as a laxative. It also helps coat the stomach if there is any burning. I also suggest Dr. Schulze formula. It is all natural herbs, so it should be safe for both his age and his candida problem. Just follow the directions until his bowels become regular.

SF 277 by Thorne Inc is undecenoic acid from beans that can be used as your candida cure. If you search on Karen Tripp, she has a website that she created and talks in some detail about her experiences. For her, with the diet and some other supplements from her doctor, she got rid of the candida in 40 days. She says 30, but then goes on to say how she enjoyed the diet and weight loss, so stayed on the program longer.

The diet is basically a high protein, low carb regimen. Although she states that you can have well toasted bread, she herself avoided all sweets, wheats, and starches for the duration. It’s the first week without sugar that is the hardest but I found that it is doable.

My friend had been taking the SF277 for about a week for six a day, and also eating vegetables and protein. She was getting over the sugar with the supplements that she was taking, but she slipped when she began to crave corn chips and cheese. Although they say that you can have well-melted cheese, it is dairy product, and it may be that she has allergies to dairy, sugar and wheat products. Also, corn is high sugar/starch for veggies, so using them could have made her a diet mistake which caused a relapse.

She gets bentonite clay and psyllium with cleansing herbs and they are for toxic colons, which she has because of all of the abdominal problems and sagging gut. It all seems to go together. Dr Schulze also has a good formula which is not as intensive, but gives really good results.

What she did, instead of mixing them with fruit juice and water, is adding the super green food mix with the water, bentonite, and psyllium, shake out of it, down it quickly before it gets thick, and down another glass of water. She hasn’t gotten to the point of just using five of these a day with 5 cleanse herbs, but even 2 or 3 shakes a day were working wonders on trying to clean her digestive track.
