Demo to find out what need to fix/do
* Checked in Patient:
- Two word last names break page and it gets added first last name as middle name
* Enroll Patient:
- Layout of the contact info, labeling messed up
- Some of demographics are not static and do not get entered into the database
- Clean up layout of enrollment form, in general (especially social history, family history, etc.)
* Patient History
- Diseases section needs a flag to prompt the doctor the check the patient for that disease
- After we click submit, it needs a better way of confirming that the patient was enrolled
- Take user back to check in page after enrollment is complete
* Visit Planner Page
- Page completely static
* Clinic Visit
- The patient's medical history of diseases does not come up on clinic visit page
* Pharmacy Perscription Page
- Boxes on top are all static (need to add a place to be able to add current medication taking and allergies)
* We need the step in the workflow, of finishing clinic visit to attending physician approval to generation of orders (including perscriptions, specific to treatment plan)
